How returns, refunds, and exchanges work on Team Inferno orders. If anything's unclear, just reach out and we'll sort it.
The basics
We want you to be happy with your gear. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery on eligible items, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags on.
A few things are final sale (see below). Embers, digital rewards, and redeemed reward items are not refundable.
Tees and general apparel
Tees and most apparel can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size within the 14-day window, provided they're in unworn, resellable condition with tags attached.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Jerseys (final sale)
Jerseys are made to order through our manufacturing partner, who does not accept returns or refunds on them. Because of that, all jersey orders are final sale and can't be refunded or exchanged for sizing.
Please double-check the size guide before ordering a jersey. If you're unsure, reach out before you buy and we'll help you pick the right fit.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If anything shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (jerseys included), we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email us at support@teaminferno.gg with your order number and what you'd like to do (refund, exchange, or report a damaged item). We'll reply with the next steps.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
